Connecticut Realtor Association Residential Lease Agreement – PDF Template
The Connecticut realtor association residential lease agreement, created by the Greenwich Association of Realtors, allows a landlord and tenant to enter into a legally binding contract for a fixed number of months (typically twelve (12) months). The agreement may be for a residential apartment, condominium, house w/ grounds, or any other dwelling legal for renting.
Most landlords will require the tenant’s credit and prior rental history information, which can be achieved by having them fill out a rental application. In addition, the landlord may require a non-refundable fee and, at the end of the verification process, a decision will be made for the issuance of a lease ready for signature.
