Wyoming Commercial Lease Agreement | PDF – MS Word
A Wyoming commercial lease agreement is a rental contract that occurs between a landlord and a tenant who will be using the property to operate their business. A commercial lease can be applied to any space that will be rented for office, retail, or industrial use. In many cases, the landlord will renovate the space to make it easier for the tenant to install their business. Most contracts will have a three (3) to five (5) year term with rental payments occurring on a monthly basis. Expenses associated with the property will be covered by the landlord, and the tenant, or be split between both parties as defined in the lease.
Before approving a tenant, the landlord should have them undergo a credit check to provide assurances that they will be financially capable of fulfilling the contract.
