The Alaska rental application may be used to verify and check the credit, background, and employment of a tenant that is looking to rent a property. The tenant may be charged a fee in order for the landlord to provide this service and he or she will usually have to wait 2 to 3 days to get an answer to see if their qualifications met what the landlord was seeking.
If approved, a lease will be created for signature and once all initial deposits have been made (security deposit, 1st month’s rent, pet deposit, etc.) access and keys will be granted to the property.
