Florida Sublease Agreement – PDF Template
The Florida sublease agreement is made for tenant relationships where there is one (1) person that is under contract with the landlord and the tenant rents partially or the entire space to someone else (sublessee). Any sublease agreement signed must not go further than the term of the original lease.
It is understood by all parties that the landlord must be paid by the original tenant whether or not the sublessee pays their share of the rent on a particular month. Also, all payments are to be to the original tenant unless otherwise noted in the agreement. A rental application should be supplied to every new sublessee as to avoid any eviction in the future by the original tenant.
- If the residential unit was constructed prior to 1978, the lead based paint disclosure is required to be attached and signed.
