New Hampshire Rental Application for Tenant – PDF Template
A landlord will usually want to screen a tenant or “lessee” before authorizing a lease agreement that is typically binding for twelve (12) months. Once a tenant is usually shown a property for rent and if he or she has interest, this form should be delegated out to collect their credit, background, and employment information. The landlord, at his or her sole discretion, may charge a fee for accepting the aplication.
This will allow the property owner to see if he or she is credible enough to pay rent every month on time. The process should not take more than a few days as to not lose the person to another housing unit.
