New Hampshire Rental Lease Agreement Forms and Templates


The free New Hampshire rental agreements are specifically made for the leasing of residential property between an owner and tenant. The standard length of time a contract is one (1) year but can be any term as decided by the parties. The landlord may request for a rental application to make sure that the tenant has income that is verified by his or her employer.
